This squad is for the dedicated swimmers, self-motivated and with the desire to compete at State and National Age championships at the highest level. In this squad, swimmers must show a good work ethic, a want to learn and maintain a consistent training regime, along with good self-management skills through aspects of their weekly commitments.

This Squad requires you to attend a minimum of 8 sessions of the 9 available.

This squad is aimed at swimmers aged 10-14yrs who have a good level of technique and are looking at competing at regional & state level with an aim to further progress to achieving national qualifying times. The main objectives of this squad are a further improvement of stroke technique and fitness. Swimmers must show a good work ethic, a want to learn and maintain a consistent training regime, along with good self-management skills.

This Squad requires a minimum requirement of 6 sessions of the 7 available; however we strongly encourage the 7 sessions to get maximum results from each week of training.

This Squad is aimed at children aged 8-12. There is a main focus on stroke technique and development with the introduction of basic sets. Further improvement of turns and the introduction of dives with an element of race practice is also implemented.

This is the first of our junior squads and is aimed at swimmers aged 6-10yrs that can swim multiple laps and have a desire to swim at club nights and local carnivals. It has a main focus on stroke development with the introduction drills looking to further improve technique. Swimmers here will also be introduced to turns.

 

Mini Squad

Please see reception for the available times for this squad

The main objective of this squad is further stroke development of Freestyle and Backstroke, with the introduction and Butterfly and Breastroke. Swimmers are also instructed on how to streamline and finish laps correctly for each stroke.
